Customized Telephone On-Hold Messages
Upon occasion it is suggested that
telephone "on-hold" messages are "nice" to have,
but are not necessarily a "priority". Usually, that
thought is voiced by people who aren't "sales oriented".
Certainly on-hold messages are
nice...and we believe at Kaptivaad, that our messages are as nice as
you can get! But, "nice" is like kissing a sibling:

intended to get people to call you, and when they do, our messages
give you "point-of-sale" impact, for a lot less than you
thought it would cost....and that is nice
As good, as reliable, as ethical, as well
thought of as you are, nothing happens under your roof until someone
actually "sells" something. Our messages make that task
easier to accomplish. After all, as creative, imaginative, talented,
and responsive as we are, we know that we can't achieve those goals
unless we sell too...so, we know what it takes for both of us to do
business.

on hold, they will hear about products and services you offer, they
