*Make sure the e-mail address associated with your domain is current.

Domain Renewal Policy

Domain Names registered with One Merchant Inc. are renewed automatically.  Because our focus is to ensure your domain never expires, we will only cancel a renewal with written requests from the owner of the domain.  Requests must be made 60 days prior to expiration date.  Once a domain is registered or renewed, no refunds will be given.

Domain Management with invalid contact info

If the e-mail address associated to your domain not active, and you do not have your password, you will need to do the following: The domain owner must send a signed fax on letterhead  with the new Admin contact Email address and a government id (license, passport, etc..) Fax to 1-416-531-2516, Attn: OpenSRS Support.
